House rules
- 1
Pros only.
Rental houses and owner/ops who do this for a living. No weekend warriors.
- 2
A handoff is a trust fall.
The client stays theirs. No poaching, ever.
- 3
Only real requests.
Real job, real date. No fishing, no price-checking.
- 4
Gear comes back as it left.
On time, same condition, or you make it right.
- 5
What's said here stays here.
No screenshots to clients, no public lists.
- 6
Deal direct.
Crosshire makes the introduction. Terms, payment and paperwork are between you.
Two kinds of request
Sub-rental — get the gear your client needs. Sourced from a growing network of local pros.
Handoff — pass the whole booking along. Crosshire drafts the client email so it reads like a plan, not a scramble.
